So we had a visit from Ze Welder this evening for dinner, Kinky Mick dropped Christopher off around 19.30, and we did what we English do best and hit the wine, soon enough the phone rang and Mick had blown a boost hose, 1100 miles in 3 days with no issues, and 2 miles from Heritage HQ the trusty T5 decides now is the time to throw a seven, still no worries, we can sort this, with a cable tie, or some similar bodging, except i don’t have any cable ties, ingenuity took over and i hooked a wire coat hanger out the wardrobe, in an engineering feat that brought Europes finest together we got Mick back on his way.

After a tidy curry, I decided it was time to show the Welder how we watercooled boys do things,

and unveiled the BBS RS that I’ve had ceramic polished and rebuilt,
i think it’s safe to say Christopher was liking the wheels, and whilst i don’t think I’ve done enough to make him jump ship, I feel like I’ve represented our side of the scene!

Anyway, I have to work tomorrow, so it’s probaby time to sign off, and hopefully I can bring you guys some more UK watercooled news before too long, peace!
